DIY- Oil Face Wash

Here is an amazing little recipe to cleanse your face! This recipe is amazing as you do not need to moisturize afterwards. Your face will be left soft, nourished and refreshed. Enjoy.


Air right container                                                                                                                                 1 part castor oil
1 part coconut oil
1 tbsp raw honey
5 drops each Tea Tree (Melaleuca)                                                                                                      5 drops of Lavender                                                                                                                              5 drops of Frankincense


Warm the honey to help with blending with the other ingredients.                                         Mix all ingredients together including the essential oils.                                                         Place in an air right container.


Wet your face using lukewarm water, Take a quarter size amount of the face wash, rub both hands together and proceed to wash your face and neck. Once you are all done, rinse your face with lukewarm water. You will be left with a well nourished, moisturized and refreshed.

Castor Oil – highly concentrated fatty acids penetrate the skin easily. This helps remove dry patches and restores hydration of the skin.

Coconut Oil  – it is naturally antibacterial and anti-fungal, and is an excellent moisturizer.

Honey – helps lighten skin, and its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial compounds help to decrease the appearances of scars and increase healing and tissue regeneration.

Tea Tree (Melaleuca) – Renowned for its cleansing and rejuvenating effect on the skin.

Lavender – Widely used for its calming and relaxing qualities. Soothes occasional skin irritations. Reduces appearance of skin imperfections.

Frankincense – reduce the appearance of blemishes and to rejuvenate the skin.
